Following this, you will be immersed in a 30-minute sound bath, where you can unwind and let the healing vibrations of sound wash over you. The combination of meditation and sound will allow you to experience a sense of deep relaxation, self-awareness, and inner peace.
What to Bring
To ensure comfort during the session, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. As temperatures can fluctuate during a sound bath, having a blanket on hand will help keep you comfortable throughout the session.
